What affects the price

    Area

    Larger areas work out cheaper per square metre as fixed costs are spread out.

    Floor condition

    Damaged or cupped parquet needs more sanding or local repairs.

  • 03

    Wood species

    Exotic hardwoods are harder and more demanding to sand than oak.

  • 04

    Finish

    Oil and lacquer cost about the same; they differ in the number of coats and curing time.

    Extra work

    Filling, skirting and stair profiles are charged separately depending on scope.

    Access

    Upper floors without a lift or difficult access can affect logistics.
